**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisitions, and boost sales.
- Managing the company’s online presence including website, social media channels, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Managing online merchandising, inventory management, sales, and customer service.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners to negotiate favourable terms and ensure the availability of products.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, marketing developments, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Assist in administrative work and other reasonable duties when required.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Background in marketing, business administration, or a related field would be advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- Able to manage a website in terms of function, content, and e-commerce.
- Possess strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organised, tech-savvy, and able to work independently
- Experienced in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp
- Able to perform ad-hoc duties when necessary

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Chinese language communication: 3 years (required)
