**Job Description: Sales and Marketing Intern at iNextLabs**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join iNextLabs, a cutting-edge Conversational-AI company. As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing teams in various tasks and projects. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing field of Generative-AI technology while developing essential skills in sales and marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist the sales team in lead generation by researching potential clients and identifying key decision-makers.

Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and customize sales presentations, proposals, and other sales collateral.

Participate in sales meetings and presentations to observe and learn sales techniques and strategies.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and potential opportunities for the company's products.

Help plan and coordinate marketing events, webinars, and workshops to promote the company's Conversational-AI solutions.

**Qualifications**:
1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

4. Enthusiasm for technology, AI, and conversational interfaces.

5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

6. Immediate joiners will be prefered.

**Duration**:
This is a 6 months internship position with the potential for extension or conversion to a full-time role based on performance and company needs.
