**E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS & MARKETING ASSISTANT**

**Responsibilities**
- In charge of all online marketplaces - Silken Website, Qoo10, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Foodpanda, Fairprice Online
- Independent in carrying out daily e-commerce operations - printing invoices, packing orders and arranging delivery pick-ups. This includes local and overseas international orders.
- Maintain and coordinate communications with relevant external vendors/agencies/content creators where applicable
- Manage engaging content creative and copywriting to retain loyal customers through EDMs, social media accounts and blog post.
- Assist in marketing planning, conceptualising & executions of online sales promotions, general sales administrative work and other ad-hoc duties.
- Opportunities to convert to full time if competent in your role.

**Requirements**:

- Able to commit min 6 months
- Has basic knowledge about personal care and beauty cosmetics products
- Able to work under tight deadlines with mínimal supervision and take ownership of allocated tasks.
- Meticulous with an eye for details.
- Strong interest in beauty and personal care industry
- Basic Wordpress knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Microsoft, Powerpoint.
- Knowledge of Video Editing, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other Adobe software preferred.
- Able to start work immediately is preferred.

**Location & Work Hours**
- Lower Delta Road (Tiong Bahru Industrial Building)
- Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays Off

**Mode of Salary**
- From $800 ++

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From $800.00 per month
