**Job Summary**:
This role is a unique blend of warehouse duties and customer-facing responsibilities. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers have a positive experience from purchase to delivery and beyond. **A key part of this role will require you to make deliveries using a company vehicle, so a valid driving license is essential.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**E-commerce Packing**:
Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and ship online orders.

Verify order details, ensuring the correct items and quantities are packaged.

Maintain a clean and organized packing station.

Adhere to packaging guidelines and quality standards.

Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

**After-Sales Support**:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping, and returns.

Process returns and exchanges efficiently.

Resolve order discrepancies and address customer concerns.

**Customer Support**:
Answer product-related questions and provide recommendations.

Assist customers with placing orders and navigating the website.

Troubleshoot basic technical issues or escalate complex problems.

**Deliveries**:
Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle. This may include navigating to different locations and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month
