We are seeking an Assistant Manager, Learning Quality & Systems to be part of our Registrar & WSQ Office (RWO) – the heartbeat of CCU – ensuring seamless learning operations while driving quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead learning operations: Oversee end-to-end learning administration, including enrolment, assessments, payments, and results management.
  • Manage systems integration: Oversee Certis' Learning Management System (LMS) and its integration with SAP, ensuring a fully streamlined learning experience.
  • Uphold quality standards: Support the Head, Learning Quality & Systems, in maintaining CCU's ISO 9001:2015 certification, embedding rigorous governance and process excellence.
  • Enhance learner experience: Partner with the CCU Advisory Council and Associate Faculty to instil best practices and elevate the overall learner journey.
  • Leverage data for impact: Use analytics to measure learning effectiveness, track operational efficiency, and identify opportunities to enhance business outcomes.
  • Drive operational excellence: Ensure the RWO operates with reliability, accuracy, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • A recognised degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in learning administration, operations, or quality management, ideally with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and integration with enterprise platforms such as SAP.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality assurance frameworks in a learning or corporate training environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into practical improvements.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a sharp eye for process efficiency and detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging effectively with senior leaders, faculty, and external partners.
