Key Responsibilities

  • To assist the Condominium Manager in maintaining and managing the property assigned.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the property assigned.
  • To build a good relationship with the residents.
  • Supervision of term contractors and service providers.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Building Management/Facilities Management /Real Estate Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in managing condominium
  • Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act is an added advantage
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Responsible and possess initiative
  • Computer literate
