The Role and What You'll Do:

We are seeking an Intern to support our Event Operations team in the upcoming golf events. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Volunteers management
  • Vendors move in and delivery schedules
  • Sponsors' booths, structures
  • Supporting marketing initiatives such as working with media partners, supporting digital content
  • Other tasks such as distribution of passes and apparel, on ground surveys, liaising with suppliers, etc.

  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues
