**Key Responsibilities**:
As the Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and managing marketing initiatives to promote our facility, memberships, lessons, leagues, and events. Key duties include:

- **Campaign Management**:Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to promote new offerings, events, and promotions effectively.
- **Social Media Strategy**:Manage and grow Five Iron Golf Singapore’s presence across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Create and curate engaging content, including visuals, videos, and copy, tailored to each platform.
Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize future strategies.
- **Content Creation**:Design newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms.
- **Event Marketing**:Work closely with the events team to market corporate bookings, tournaments, and private events.
Develop targeted campaigns to maximize attendance and bookings.
- **Partnerships and Outreach**:Identify and establish partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and media outlets.
Create co-branded initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:Track campaign performance and analyze data to measure ROI and effectiveness.
Provide monthly reports and actionable insights to the management team.
- **Customer Engagement**:Monitor customer inquiries and reviews on social platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Engage with our community to build loyalty and encourage repeat visits.

**Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following:

- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **2+ years of experience **in a similar role, ideally in hospitality, sports, or lifestyle industries.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to measure campaign success.
- A creative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to trends and audience preferences.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail.
- A passion for golf or a willingness to learn about the sport is a bonus
