Responsibilities:

  • Conduct KYC and sanctions screening on customers, vendors, and vessels using LSEG/World-Check One and internal systems.
  • Monitor export control updates (SECO, OFAC, EU) and ensure adherence to required documentation and procedures.
  • Maintain PDPA documentation, consent records, and assist in data protection activities.
  • Support the preparation of documents for bank compliance reviews and inquiries.
  • Maintain, update, and track internal control documents required for audits (including JSOX).
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather audit evidence and ensure compliance with process controls.
  • Identify workflow gaps and escalate potential risks to the Head of Finance & Administration.
  • Maintain ISO-related records, forms, logs, and documents to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
  • Work with departments during ISO audits and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Assist in standardising processes across departments to improve accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet compliance, internal control, and documentation requirements.
  • Provide staff with guidance on documentation practices and basic compliance standards.
  • Support the Head of Finance & Administration in compliance initiatives and process improvement projects.
  • Ensure departments maintain accurate and complete records required for compliance, internal controls, and ISO.
  • Support consistent filing structures and record-keeping practices across departments.
  • Monitor the timeliness and accuracy of documentation submitted by various departments.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, Compliance, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in compliance, ISO coordination, internal audit or internal control roles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
