Payroll EXCUTIVE/Assistant

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full payroll process, including using Info Tech Payroll system.
- Maintain employee payroll records and handle government forms (IR21, IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A/B).
- Manage government-paid leave and claims filing.
- Address staff inquiries related to benefits and payroll.
- Assist with additional HR functions, ad-hoc projects, and other assigned duties.
Minimum Requirements
- Knowledgeable in Employment, CPF/Foreign Workers Levy Acts.
- Holds a Diploma in Admin/HRM.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing large headcounts.
- Independent, hands-on, with strong time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
