Payroll Executive/Assistant

Job Description
- Responsible for full spectrum of payroll function
- Process payroll via Info Tech Payroll system
- Prepare and maintain and maintain employee payroll records
- Preparation and submission of Form IR21, IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A and Appendix 8B
- Filing of all government paid leave and claims
- Handle and assist staff queries on benefit and payroll matters
- To undertake other HR functions, ad hoc projects and other duties as and when assigned
Requirements
- Familiar with Employment, CPF/Foreign workers Levy Acts
- Diploma in Admin/HRM
- At least 2 years relevant experience, handling large headcounts
- Independent, hands-on individual with strong time management skills
- Proficient in MS Excel
