About this role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales & Partnerships to join our dynamic sales team in either Malaysia, Hong Kong or Singapore . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities with enterprise-level clients, which are companies with 5k employees and above.
What you'll be doing:
- Drive enterprise business growth through a hybrid go-to-market strategy that combines direct sales and strategic partnerships.
- You'll develop and execute territory plans that identify and qualify enterprise opportunities, leveraging both your own outreach and the networks of our partners.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, while working closely with partners who have existing connections in target accounts. Use their market insights to inform and enhance your direct engagement strategy, creating a seamless, collaborative approach to winning business.
- You'll lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—choosing the best path for each opportunity, whether direct, partner-led, or joint. Collaborate with partners to boost go-to-market efforts, co-sell where beneficial, and negotiate complex deals that align with our growth goals
What you'll have

- We are looking for a highly motivated, over-achieving "hunter and closer" who flourishes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A minimum of 7+ years of closing experience in B2B Enterprise sales (SaaS experience preferred) or equivalent
- Success in opportunity creation and "full funnel" management of many opportunities
- Proven history of exceeding targets in selling licenses/products/subscriptions to Enterprise organizations with demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
