About Our Client:

Our client is a prestigious F&B company renowned for its Michelin-starred restaurant. They are seeking dynamic individuals with exceptional account management expertise and strong interpersonal skills to join their team.

As an Account Executive, you will manage a comprehensive range of account functions, ensuring smooth operations, timely payments, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Work From Home)
  • Full-Time Permanent Role – 5-Day Work Week, 44 Hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full spectrum of accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with external accounting firms to ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  • Review and validate financial statements and reports for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with accounting standards.
  • Manage implementation and optimisation of accounting systems (e.g., Xero), including documentation of standardised workflows and process improvements.
  • Ensure strong internal controls, compliance with group accounting policies, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Support external audits by preparing required documentation and coordinating with auditors.
  • Oversee multi-entity financial reporting, intercompany transactions, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure accurate information flow.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve financial discrepancies and manage reporting needs.
  • Provide regular financial updates and analysis to management, supporting business decision-making and strategic planning.

Key Requirement:

  • Minimum diploma in Accounting or Finance, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the hospitality or F&B sector (highly preferred).

  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g. Xero) and MS Office applications

  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in managing financial and inventory records.
