Responsibilities
Market & Customer Insight
- Competitor analysis and research
 - Identify opportunities (product features, ecosystem, events etc).
 - Translate insights into actionable product positioning.
 
Positioning & Messaging
- Craft clear, differentiated product positioning.
 - Develop messaging frameworks tailored to specific segment.
 - Ensure consistent storytelling across all channels (website, sales decks, campaigns).
 
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Plan and execute product launches.
 - Coordinate between product, sales, customer success, and marketing.
 - Define success metrics for launches and campaigns.
 
Sales Enablement
- Create pitch decks, case studies and any other materials necessary.
 - Train sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
 - Provide ongoing support with collateral and objection-handling materials.
 
Demand Generation Support
- Partner with demand gen/marketing teams on campaigns.
 - Measure lead quality and conversion impact from product campaigns.
 
Product Feedback & Growth
- Collect feedback from sales, customers, and partners.
 - Monitor adoption, retention, and revenue impact.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
 - Minimum 2 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or growth marketing, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or technology sectors.
 - Proven track record in planning and executing product launches and go-to-market campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
 - Strong ability to translate technical features into customer-centric value propositions.
 - Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau).
 - Curious, proactive, and results-driven, with a passion for understanding customer needs and market dynamics.
 - Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 - Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
