DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

The Regional Transformation Manager (RTM) plays a pivotal role in the rollout and adoption of new global standards and operating models across regional business units. As the company moves toward a more integrated and scalable platform, this role ensures that transformation initiatives are executed consistently, effectively, and in alignment with the company's long-term growth objectives.

Many country operations have historically evolved with a high degree of autonomy, shaped by local market dynamics and leadership. While this entrepreneurial spirit remains a strength, scaling the business now requires a more harmonized approach—establishing shared processes, tools, and performance frameworks, while preserving flexibility where it delivers clear and strategic local value.

The RTM is responsible for bridging global strategy with regional execution. Acting as the transformation lead within the region, you will guide cross-functional teams through critical changes across Sales, Operations, Finance, and other core functions. This includes localizing global initiatives, coordinating implementation, and building a sustainable culture of continuous improvement.

Central to this role is change leadership: engaging regional teams with empathy, fostering alignment to global standards, and supporting thoughtful local adaptations only where they deliver clear, strategic value.

This role will report to Regional General Manager with With dotted line into Sales Transformation Director, And close collaboration with Value Creation Office and Value Creation Officer

  • Partner with Regional General Managers (RGMs) to shape and guide transformation efforts; provide regular coaching, support, and insight.
  • Work closely with Corporate HQ (including the Transformation Office) to align reporting, share best practices, and track enterprise-wide progress.

Operational & Financial Process Improvement

  • Implement scalable processes in areas such as forecasting, sales performance management, and order-to-cash operations.
  • Partner with Finance to enhance cash, improve working capital discipline, and embed greater accountability in regional P&L management.

Governance & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Set up and run regular cadence meetings, dashboards, and issue/risk tracking.
  • Provide structured weekly updates to senior leadership on progress, blockers, and regional success stories.
  • Act as a trusted link between regional teams and the Transformation Office, helping ensure coordinated delivery across business units
