Sales Coordinator Customer Service Assistant

Working Location: Jurong West
**Responsibilities**:
- Ability to plan & organise weekly sales visits to customer base to take orders.
- Visit customers to sign DO's, follow up with customer on any complaints, returns & collection of overdue accounts.
- Promote new products & seek new sales opportunities
- Prepare orders into sales order system
- Co-ordinate with warehouse team delivery schedule for the week for bulk items & support warehouse team deliveries of urgent or smaller items to customers
- Maintain good long term relationships with existing clients with well interpersonal social skills
- Work with purchasing on stock forecast to ensure stock reliability
- Preparation & follow-up of quotation / tender requests (seasonal)
- Process online orders, pack & arrange collection by delivery company
- Report to Sales Manager.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Commission scheme implemented on sales target.
- Customer Troubleshooting
- Attend zoom meeting on every Thursday
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Olevel / above
- Have basic computer skills
- Sales & service orientated
- Physically fit
Remuneration:
- Basic Salary: SGD 2000 commission
- Have commission based on KPI target
- Working hours: 8.00am-1.30pm (Mon-Wed)
days work week
- Must attend zoom meeting on every Thursday
