About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead end-to-end operational excellence across our manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution sites. Reporting directly to the GM, this role is responsible for driving productivity, quality, and cost optimization, while ensuring our operations are agile and future-ready.

As a key member of the site Business Unit team, you will play a pivotal role in translating site business strategy into operational reality, ensuring our factories, processes, and people deliver sustainable competitive advantage.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily operations across production, engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain functions.
  • Translate the Group's strategic priorities into operational plans, KPIs, and performance targets.
  • Champion continuous improvement, automation, and digitalization initiatives to improve throughput and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and regulatory standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP, etc.).
  • Build and mentor a high-performance operations team, with clear succession pipelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, procurement, and R&D teams to align operational capabilities with business needs.
  • Prepare and manage operational budgets, CapEx proposals, and efficiency programs.
About You
  • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA will be an added advantage.
  • 15+ years' experience in operations leadership within FMCG, food & beverage, or high-volume manufacturing.
  • Proven track record in driving operational transformation, process excellence, and cost optimization.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels.
