Overview

Our client is a leading construction and infrastructure firm committed to delivering high-value, large-scale projects. We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Project Director / Senior Project Manager to lead our project portfolio and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Make strategic decisions and provide leadership to project managers to implement those decisions effectively.
  • Develop and execute project strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and change controls with proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
  • Monitor project performance, including financial management, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
  • Mentor and develop project teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field recognized by PE Board.
  • 10–15 years' experience in building or infrastructure projects with an established construction firm.
  • Proven success delivering large-scale projects exceeding SGD 80M.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of risk management, financial oversight, and change control processes.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative and high-performing teams.
