Our client is seeking a Marketing & Admin Executive (Woodlands) to join their team

  • Working Day: 5 days
  • Working Hour: 8:30am-6:00pm
  • Working Location: Woodlands Industrial Park E5 (Woodlands North MRT)
  • Salary: Range: $2,800-$3,300
What you'll be doing?
  • Digital presence management: Oversee and maintain the company's website and social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu, ensuring consistent and engaging online presence.
  • Content creation: Craft compelling sales messages, newsletters, and promotional materials to effectively communicate with prospective clients and existing customers.
  • Product information updates: Keep product price lists, brochures, and new arrival notices up-to-date across various communication channels.
  • Campaign development: Design and implement digital campaigns to boost interaction and engagement on social media platforms, enhancing brand awareness for the group's products.
  • Creative writing: Produce engaging marketing and promotional content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand messaging.
  • Advertising coordination: Plan and coordinate advertising efforts to maximize reach and impact.
  • Profitability support: Assist management in maintaining company profitability through effective marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Market research: Conduct research on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and idea generation.
  • Administrative support: Provide assistance with office administrative tasks and ad-hoc sales support as needed.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: Candidates with a graduate Diploma in Digital Marketing, E-Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
  • Technical proficiency: Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and various social media platforms. Knowledge of photo and video editing is a plus.
  • Personal attributes: We're seeking an independent, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual who can thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Work experience: 2-3 years of experience in Marketing Support or an equivalent role is preferred.
