IT Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist desk support for outlet POS, network, office PC & server admin
- Liaising with IT vendors on software and hardware issues
- Outlet sales data compilation and reporting
- Provide technical advice and sourcing of purchase of computer hardware and software
- Management and maintenance of IT resources
- Day-to-day IT operations including backup, system security and troubleshooting
- Evaluation and implement of IT projects

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma/ higher NITEC with 1 year relevant working experience
- Knowledge of computer network (TCP/ IP), Firewall & HTML
- Knowledge of PC hardware and software troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Oracles DB and Java
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
