About the role

As an HR Intern at Thomson Medical Pte Ltd, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience. We provide a supportive and collaborative work environment, opportunities for professional development and contributing to various aspects of the HR function. This is a full-time position based in the Novena Central Region.

Job Description

  • Assisting in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and providing administrative support
  • Supporting the HR team in employee onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Providing administrative support to the HR department as needed
  • Participating in HR-related events and ad hoc projects

Job Requirement

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
