About Our Client

Our client is a non-profit global organization in cryptocurrency, promoting the healthy growth of the industry and the ecosystem. They have employees worldwide. In Singapore, candidates are allowed to work remotely. We are looking for an Executive Assistant who can work online from 12PM SGT to 9PM SGT on weekdays (5-day work week).

Job Description

Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the Executive Director in meeting arrangements, travel bookings, and expense claims.
  2. Replying to emails on behalf of the ED during conferences and events.
  3. Managing the calendar to ensure smooth operations.
  4. Collecting key information and documents to support important decision-making.
  5. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the ED.
  6. Travel for business 1-2 times per year.
The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must have at least:

  1. 4 years of experience in a support role to understand the job context.
  2. Prior knowledge and exposure to the crypto industry.
  3. Familiarity with modern workflow & collaboration tools (Notion, Discord, Google Docs, Airtable, Zoom, Telegram, Signa) is a plus.
