Job Description

As our Admin Assistant & Customer Service Executive, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and positive client experiences. You'll be involved in both backend administrative work and front-facing customer communications.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Preparing quotations, invoices, order summaries and delivery orders
  • Coordinating orders and delivery schedules with the kitchen and logistics team
  • Managing daily order processing and updating internal records
  • Assisting with basic bookkeeping and data entry
  • Handling post-order customer service and feedback
  • Supporting ad hoc admin and marketing tasks when required
Requirements

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Organised and detail-oriented - able to manage multiple tasks and timelines
  • Customer-focused - warm, responsive, and professional in communication
  • Independent and proactive - takes initiative and solves problems
  • Comfortable with basic tools like Google Sheets, Canva, and Shopify (training can be provided)
  • Excellent written and spoken English (Bahasa/Malay or Mandarin is a bonus)
  • Prior experience in F&B, e-commerce, admin or customer service is preferred
  • Singaporean/PR only
Working Hours & Location
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Sat, 8:00am - 12:00pm (consideration for work flexibility)
  • Based in East Singapore (near Eunos)
