Job DescriptionAs our Admin Assistant & Customer Service Executive, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and positive client experiences. You'll be involved in both backend administrative work and front-facing customer communications.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and social media in a timely and professional manner
- Preparing quotations, invoices, order summaries and delivery orders
- Coordinating orders and delivery schedules with the kitchen and logistics team
- Managing daily order processing and updating internal records
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping and data entry
- Handling post-order customer service and feedback
- Supporting ad hoc admin and marketing tasks when required
We're looking for someone who is:
- Organised and detail-oriented - able to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Customer-focused - warm, responsive, and professional in communication
- Independent and proactive - takes initiative and solves problems
- Comfortable with basic tools like Google Sheets, Canva, and Shopify (training can be provided)
- Excellent written and spoken English (Bahasa/Malay or Mandarin is a bonus)
- Prior experience in F&B, e-commerce, admin or customer service is preferred
- Singaporean/PR only
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Sat, 8:00am - 12:00pm (consideration for work flexibility)
- Based in East Singapore (near Eunos)
