Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with CEO, partners, and business leaders to identify and prioritize IT initiatives.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies for systems, networks, software, and equipment upgrades.
  • Ensure business continuity through contingency planning and proactive risk management.
  • Lead continuous improvement programs for IT operations and service delivery.
  • Provide operational IT support aligned with business needs and CEO expectations.
  • Monitor and resolve IT incidents within defined KPI targets.
  • Manage IT hardware and services including PCs, servers, tablets, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Administer software systems and licenses, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Research and recommend innovative solutions to optimize system administration and resources.
  • Conduct system monitoring, performance tuning, and hardware upgrades.
  • Coordinate system recovery and repairs in case of failures.
  • Maintain data center infrastructure and environmental monitoring systems.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and support to internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain IT SOPs and conduct staff training on IT tools and processes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and meet operational deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Manager.
  • Proven leadership in managing IT teams and delivering services across multiple sites.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle concurrent tasks.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing data protection, network security, and backup systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT principles, processes, and emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Experience in contract management, procurement, and budget control.
  • Ability to build staff capabilities and leadership competencies.
  • Familiarity with organizational policies, business processes, and relevant legislation.
