- Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Volunteer Programme Coordinator to lead our volunteer initiatives. You will oversee recruitment, engagement, and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of all volunteer-driven programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit and retain quality volunteers.
- Manage volunteer administration, including registration, scheduling, and documentation.
- Coordinate volunteer training, engagement, and appreciation programmes.
- Support logistics and operations for volunteer events.
- Draft reports, proposals, and programme submissions.
- Maintain volunteer database and update policies or guidelines as needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Social Work, or related field.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
