The Programme Coordinator role is the foundation of our success as an organization. Programme Coordinators are experts in creating exceptional customer service and experience for the families in the aquaDucks swim programme.

They are responsible for engaging and connecting with our clients, providing timely and personal service, and reflecting the aquaDucks culture.
- Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience
- Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience including enquiries, registrations and scheduling.
- Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage and assist with clients or facility needs.
- Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action and “make it right” for guests.
- Collaborate with the team in planning of schedule and events.
- Perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain the premium environment of the facility

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Starting from $1,750.00 per month

Schedule:

- Min of 20 hours per week
- Willing to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends
