Job Highlights:

  • Salary: Up to $3,300 per month
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Hybrid working arrangements: 3 WFO, 2 WFH
  • Contract Duration: 12-month contract (possibility of extension)
  • Nearest MRT: Maxwell, Chinatown & Paya Lebar

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for smooth programme operations, including school registration, handling inquiries, and preparing event/incidents reports.
  • Coordinate programme publication, manage school bookings and schedules.
  • Co-design activities and procure educational resources/materials.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for programme operations and logistics.
  • Manage and maintain programme data, including feedback collection and review reports.
  • Perform other duties related to the programme as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with events management experience is a plus.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with demonstrated experience in project management being a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Suite, familiarity with Canva or other design tools is a plus.
  • Comfortable working remotely and on the move.
