Job Opportunities – Contract Roles (Govt Public Sector)

We are hiring for multiple Corporate Support / Management Support / Junior Executive positions on contract basis across various public sector divisions. These roles provide the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in areas such as customer experience, case management, rehabilitation support, volunteer management, and policy administration.

Contract Duration
  • 1 year
  • Some roles may start with 3 months and extendable up to 1 year
Salary Range
  • Diploma: $2,580/month
  • Degree: $3,160/month (depending on role)
Key Responsibilities (depending on role)
  • Handle administrative enquiries, data entry, and documentation support.
  • Provide secretariat support (minute taking, report collation, scheduling).
  • Manage content updates on corporate websites, portals, chatbots, and virtual assistants.
  • Support case management systems (user account administration, system access requests, troubleshooting, data updates).
  • Assist with event planning, logistics, and stakeholder coordination (e.g. annual meetings, award ceremonies, fostering service initiatives).
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support
  • Monitor and collate data for community service hours, case referrals, and operational reporting.
  • Conduct basic research, compile statistics, and assist in policy or programme reviews.
  • Provide support in system testing, user training, and orientation sessions.
  • Design and disseminate simple communication materials (infographics, EDMs, collaterals, multimedia content).
  • Support fund administration processes (review of grants, disbursements, tracking submissions).
Requirements
  • Diploma holders
  • Systematic, organised, and administratively inclined.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ability to perform data cleaning/analysis.
  • Comfortable with system workflows, troubleshooting, and providing user support.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at various levels.
  • Resilience and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.
  • Creativity and eye for design (advantageous for roles involving communications).
  • Knowledge of GenAI tools will be an added advantage.
Working Arrangement

  • Office hours:

  • Mon – Thu: 8.30am – 6.00pm

  • Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm

  • Certain roles:

  • Mon – Thu: 9.00am – 6.30pm

  • Fri: 9.00am – 6.00pm
  • Work attire: Office wear / Smart casual
