How You'll Make an Impact

• Market Expansion Strategy: Develop strategies to grow Siemens Energy's business in priority Asia Pacific countries, focusing on developing, adjacent, and under-served market segments beyond the existing core business.
• Market Intelligence: Track developments in the maritime sector through third-party research and direct industry engagement to understand trends, policy shifts, economic drivers, and their implications for Siemens Energy's business.
• Business Case Development: Prepare and present business cases for new market entry or segment expansion, including financial modeling and risk assessment.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with regional leadership, sales teams, and global strategy functions to align initiatives with corporate objectives.
• Partnerships & Alliances: Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, joint ventures, or alliances that support strategic objectives.
• Customer Relationship Management: Manage selected customer relationships from an account management perspective, ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and measurable impact.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or management consulting, ideally with a major management consulting firm within the energy, infrastructure, or industrial practices; or with MNCs in these sectors.
• Proven track record in market analysis, strategic planning, and execution of growth initiatives.
• Experience working in Asia Pacific markets with a strong understanding of regional economic, regulatory, and cultural dynamics.
