Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform equipment assembly, functional testing, and troubleshooting to ensure systems meet technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct diagnostic checks and repairs on mechanical, electrical, or electronic components as required, following service procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure timely completion of service jobs, verifying that all equipment is properly tested, calibrated, and in optimal condition before delivery or handover to the customer.
  • Work closely with supervisors, engineers, colleagues, and external vendors to fulfill job requirements, resolve technical challenges, and ensure alignment with project or service objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring their expectations are met, and address any technical concerns or post-delivery issues promptly and professionally.
  • Document work performed, test results, and parts used, maintaining accurate service records for traceability and future reference.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on recurring issues and suggesting process or design enhancements.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate with mechanical/electronics/electrical engineering study background are welcome to apply.
