Job scope:

✓ Assistant Engineer

  • Support senior engineers in planning, designing, and implementing projects
  • Conduct technical assessments, site inspections, and prepare reports
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving engineering issues
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

✓ Service Engineer (Class 3 License Required)

  • Install, maintain, and repair equipment or machinery at client sites
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues
  • Conduct regular servicing and preventive maintenance
  • Prepare service reports and update documentation
  • Train users on equipment operation and maintenance procedures

✓ Sales Engineer

  • Assess customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to facilitate sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client specifications.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Conduct site visits, prepare cost estimates, coordinate budgets and suppliers, manage tender documentation, develop proposals, present to clients, and maintain strong client relationships through market analysis.

Job Requirements:

  • NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields).
  • Understanding design, capable on testing, and quality assurance processes.

  • Strong skills in troubleshooting, installation, and repair of machinery or equipment.

  • Possessing a valid Class 3 Driving License is an advantage but not mandatory
