Our client is seeking an Engineering Assistant (Electronics) to join their team

Join our client's team as an Engineering Assistant and play a crucial role in supporting RMA processes, conducting failure analysis, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. What you'll be doing?
  • RMA Support: Provide comprehensive assistance for RMA issues, including documentation and disposition to ensure smooth customer service.
  • Failure Analysis: Coordinate and conduct in-depth analysis on defects detected by customers and distributors to improve product quality.
  • Customer Liaison: Work closely with internal and external customers and distributors to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Inventory Management: Track RMA returns and shipments, handling the movement of RMA inventories with precision and care.
  • Technical Testing: Collaborate with the technical department at HQ to conduct thorough acceptance tests, ensuring product quality standards are met.
  • Sales Support: Assist with technical and sales support tasks as directed by your supervisor, contributing to overall team success.
  • Adaptability: Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to learn.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Candidates with a Nitec or Diploma in Electrical and Electronic or any relevant field are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: Ideally, you have 1-2 years of working experience in a related field. However, candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Power Supply, components, and related technology would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong writing and verbal communication abilities are crucial for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Learning Attitude: A positive and proactive approach to learning and taking initiative is highly valued in this role.
