What we need

We're looking for a Publisher Development Director to join our growing Global Marketplace team. On the supply side, you'll drive partnerships and revenue growth by securing, negotiating, and closing mobile advertising and monetisation deals with leading mobile app developers and publishers across Southeast Asia.

As our Publisher Development Director, you will be…
  • Building and expanding relationships with key mobile publishers — both gaming and non-gaming — across the region. Mediation SDK experience is a plus.
  • Identifying and engaging new prospects, driving initial conversations, and leading commercial negotiations through to contract execution.
  • Understanding publisher business models and technical needs to deliver tailored monetisation strategies that maximise incremental value.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with our Demand, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure publisher objectives are met and partnerships thrive.
  • Monitoring industry trends and innovations to uncover new opportunities and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving ecosystem.
  • Tracking performance metrics and using data-driven insights to continually optimise monetisation and strengthen partner relationships.
  • Partnering with Account Managers to scale existing relationships and unlock new revenue streams through strategic growth initiatives.

You'll have

  • Experience working within Business development or Sales.
  • Experience with monetisation, client management, business development and strategy within the AdTech space
  • APAC market with the focus on Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Australia and any other emerging countries in APAC
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Self-motivation with a deep interest and proven success in hunting for developing and closing new business
  • Skill in crafting sales pitches and presenting tailor made strategies to potential clients
  • Self starter and comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment and driving actionable next steps
  • Knowledge of SalesForce
