Director of Publishing Operations

**Position Overview**:
- We are seeking an experienced and highly creative _**_Director of Publishing Operations _**_to lead and manage the development, execution, and optimization of creative marketing assets and publishing operations for our globally launched titles. This role will be instrumental in driving user acquisition success, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and scaling the creative production pipeline across internal teams and external partners. _
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Creative Leadership & Asset Strategy**
Lead the end-to-end production of marketing assets including performance ads (video, static), playable ads, store assets, and social media creatives.
Develop and iterate on creative strategies to support global publishing, user acquisition, and brand positioning across key markets.
- **Publishing Operations**
Drive creative execution processes across internal teams and external vendors, ensuring timely delivery of high-performing assets aligned with publishing goals.
Collaborate closely with UA, product, and regional publishing teams to align creative outputs with market insights and user behavior data.
- **Team Management & Process Optimization**
Build and lead a high-performing creative team, including in-house staff and outsourced vendors.
Establish scalable production workflows, creative review pipelines, and performance-driven iteration processes.
- **Campaign Execution Support**
Partner with UA and marketing teams to test, analyze, and optimize creative assets based on performance metrics (CTR, IPM, CPI, ROAS, etc.).
Manage asset localization and customization to support regional publishing strategies.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**
Work with product managers, designers, and analysts to ensure creatives reflect product updates, live ops events, and audience engagement strategies.
Ensure creative outputs align with the overall publishing roadmap and brand standards.
**Qualifications**:
- 8+ years of experience in mobile game publishing, creative marketing, or user acquisition.
- Strong portfolio of marketing creatives across top-performing mobile games, with experience in performance and playable ad production.
- Proven leadership in building and managing creative teams and production pipelines.
- Excellent understanding of ad platform formats and app store asset best practices.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using creative testing to drive performance.
- Proficiency in creative tools and asset production workflows; familiarity with cross-functional publishing teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
