Your new role

You will take charge of the overall financial management of the organisation, ensuring that reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectives. You will oversee the daily operations of the finance department, managing staff and resources effectively while maintaining compliance with Singapore regulations and IFRS standards. Beyond routine responsibilities, you will play a strategic role in identifying cost-saving opportunities, improving financial processes, and strengthening internal controls to safeguard the company's financial health. You will also be responsible for group reporting, treasury and cash management, banking relationships, and governance, while motivating your team to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally hold a professional financial qualification such as CA, CIMA, or CFA, along with at least eight years of experience in accounting or finance. Strong ERP system knowledge and advanced computer literacy are essential. You should demonstrate excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and analytical strength are critical, while prior experience in the commodity industry would be advantageous.
