Job scope:
- Process customer order
- Manage order processing

Requirements:

2. Sales Support Admin Assistant
Salary: $2500 - $3000
Working Days: Mon – Fri | 8.30am – 6pm
Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
Job Responsibilities:
- To assist senior in administrative duties
- Prepare Tax Invoices, P.O., Data Entry & monthly inventory
- To liaise with customers & suppliers on orders, delivery, shipments, AR & AP
- Liaise with freight, media & printing companies
- Any other duties and assignments from the superior as required
- Attend to walk-in customers
3. Administrative Officer
- 5 Days 9am to 6pm

Requirement
Prior experience in conveyancing, including stamp duty filings and Land Registry applications, is an advantage.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Assist solicitors with administrative and secretarial task.
Conduct property searches, title searches, prepare and submit e-stamping and due diligence
Track deadlines, manage case files, and provide client support, including handling inquiries and managing correspondence.
Ensure the proper execution, witnessing, and timely submission of all documents.
Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and liaise with external parties - bankers, solicitors, and clients.
4. Operation Administration Executive
- Working days & hour: 5 days,
Mon- Thur (8am-5:30pm), Fri (8am-4:30pm) - Location: Gul Drive (west area)
Transportation provided at Joo Koon MRT - Salary: $2700 - $3200
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Operations and Assistant Head of Operations Administrations in all daily tasks and matters in the Operations Department.
- Coordinate with Operations Department and Sales & Marketing Department in project executions, including processing customer purchase order, creating delivery orders and return forms, arranging equipment testing and maintenance, as well as responding to customer requests, clarifications and resolving any issues with customers as soon as possible.
- Prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims and statement of accounts to
- customers as well as following up with customers on receivable and final accounts for completed projects.
- Liaise with vendors to support project executions and verify vendor invoices against tasks completed before submitting to Accounts Department for timely payment to vendors.
- Perform asset, inventory and financial reconciliation with Accounts Department and generate monthly reports for Management.
- Use Enterprise Resource Planning system to complete daily tasks and assist in the implementation and improvements of the system.
- Ensure procedures, products and services rendered comply to Company policies, government regulations and ISO standards.
- Maintain historical records for annual accounting and ISO audits.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities when required or as instructed
5. Operation Admin (Logistic)
Working Day: Mon-Fri (8.30am – 5.30pm)

Salary: Start from $2,000 - $2,800 (Depend on Experience)

- Generate Quotation: Liaising & coordinate with Sales team on sales order and enquiries
- Purchasing: Issue PO to suppliers, liaise with suppliers and follow up the order status

- Issue D/O and arrange for goods delivery to customer
- Picking, packing and labeling of products

6. Operation Admin Assistant
