Operator / Technician (Mass Hiring / up $2800 / AWS + VB)

Overview Operator / Technician role located in Boon Lay / Lakeside. Mass hiring with AWS + VB. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (for now); next year shifts may change to 12-hour rotations subject to business needs. Minimal OT currently; more OT expected once the shift starts. Location & Transport Location: Boon Lay / Lakeside. Transport pickup available from Mayflower, Jurong, and Serangoon. Benefits AWS (Annual Wage Supplement)VB (Variable Bonus)Company transport provided Responsibilities Operate equipment and support daily production Perform part and process conversions during start-up and mass production Train manufacturing operators using SOPs and Work Instructions Work with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to resolve line issues Conduct investigations and root cause analysis for defects Manage inventory of raw materials, chemicals, and consumables Perform precision measurements within set tolerances Carry out preventive maintenance tasks Conduct manual chemical analysis Undertake other assigned duties Requirements Nitec in Engineering, Diploma, or equivalent Experience in semiconductor, PCB, or substrate manufacturing is advantageous Proficient in MS Office Knowledge of MES and ERP systems is a plus Able to work in a cleanroom environment with PPE Comfortable with 12-hour rotating shifts and supporting OT when needed Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
