Job scope:

  • Conduct technical training for aerospace staff on aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and course content aligned with industry standards.
  • Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and provide certifications or improvement plans.
  • Support compliance by ensuring training activities meet regulatory and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with departments (engineering, production, QA) to align training with operational needs.

Job Requirements:

  • NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma in any engineering-related discipline are encouraged to apply.
  • No prior experience is required; Full training will be provided.
