The Opportunity:

Adecco is partnering with a Japanese MNC Manufacturing of Automotive Wiring and Components they are seeking an Operation Coordinator (Invoice, Excel) to join their business

Comfortable with data entry scope and handling large volume of data, merticulous to work. Daily liasing with internal stakeholder for coordination work on invoice and shipping documents. Strong in excel (vlookup and pivot table)

  • Permanent, Full-time opportunity
  • Location: Central region, near Labrador Park
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Salary Package: up to $3500 basic + Transport Reimbursement + AWS

The Job:

  • Responsible for the efficient, timely and accurate preparation of shipping documents.
  • Ensures timely notification and dispatch of shipping documents to customers and logistic providers.
  • Check and process the freight billing from the logistic providers for invoice purposes.
  • Maintenance of payment process to suppliers and insurance application.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

The Talent:

  • Strong in Excel (vlookup and pivot table)
  • At least 1 - 2 years' working experience in any field.
  • Comfortable with data entry scope and handling large volume of data
