Job Title: Logistics Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
To oversee daily logistics operations and ensure efficient workflow. Assist the manager in supervising porters, users, and departmental activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and optimize work efficiency.
  • Coordinate between porters and users, handle inquiries and update assignments.
  • Supervise and motivate porters, report daily events to the manager.
  • Assign and deploy porters for tasks.
  • Monitor work performance through supervision and feedback.
  • Handle feedback and complaints, update executives.
  • Maintain equipment and filing systems.


Requirements:
GCE 'N' Level with 1 year of relevant experience in operations coordination. Experience in handling personnel performance tracking and client feedback. Meticulous with good administrative skills and working attitude. Good communication skills.

Benefits:
Willing to work weekends and PHs. Open to Singaporean/PR candidates only. Working location: NUH (Kent Ridge MRT station).
