About Our Client

Our client is a one-stop marine logistics specialist company.

What you'll be doing?
  • Technical Documentation Management: Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing all technical documentation, vessel certificates, maintenance records, and compliance documents.
  • Inspection and Repair Coordination: Provide administrative support and coordination for vessel inspections, repairs, and docking works, including supervision of contractors.
  • Customer Liaison: Assist in communicating with customers on technical and operational matters, including vessel performance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and maintain vessel class certificates, surveys, and statutory requirements, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
  • Supply Chain Management: Identify, source, and coordinate delivery of technical and operational supplies for vessels, while monitoring consumables to prevent waste.
  • Safety and Quality Assurance: Work closely with the HSE team to implement and ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
  • Incident Management: Assist in investigating defects/failures and report vessel incidents and near-misses to prevent potential incidents.
  • Crew Management: Help maintain crew records, including certifications, training, and medical checks, and coordinate crew changes.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Minimum Diploma in a relevant field, demonstrating a foundation in maritime or technical studies.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant working experience on overhauling or servicing of high-speed engines.
  • Flexibility: Must be contactable 24/7 and available to board vessels as required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient with computer software, particularly MS Office, to manage documentation and reports effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, contractors, and customers.
  • Driving Capability: A valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage, allowing for potential travel to various locations as needed.
Other Information:
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • Salary: $2800 - $3200
  • Company Transport pick up from Jurong East MRT
