IT Project Coordinator, East area, $2900basic, START ASAP

  • Salary: $2,500- 2,900 (Depends of experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and coordination of project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, developing PowerPoint presentations, and documenting meeting minutes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones, while addressing and resolving issues or conflicts as they arise.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or deviations from the plan, and escalate any requirements or concerns from customers to the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) or Project Director (PD).
  • Plan, track, and monitor tasks assigned to managers, team leaders, and team members to ensure accountability and timely completion.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with customers regarding operational matters, project issues, or clarifications.
  • Prepare and maintain project-related materials, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, and other documentation.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing project correspondence and handling ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in IT or another related course
  • 1-3 years hands-on experience in project coordination or project management support toles
  • Advance skill sets in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Government IT Projects is a extra advantage
