Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store administration tasks including data entry, inventory tracking, and filing.
Support the store manager and team with scheduling, correspondence, and reporting.
Process purchase orders, invoices, and stock deliveries.
Ensure all store records are up to date and compliant with company policies.
Provide excellent customer service when required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or similar support role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
