The Opportunity
  • Adecco is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company to hire a Business Planning & Analysis (BPA) Manager.
  • This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive strategic financial planning, performance analysis, and business insights that directly impact decision-making and resource optimization.
The Talent
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in FP&A or Business Planning & Analysis, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP and Power BI for financial planning and data visualization.
  • Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
  • Effective in communicating complex financial data to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound understanding of financial compliance and internal control standards.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a proactive mindset.

Summary

Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate business analysis to support reviews, planning cycles, and strategic decision-making.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, including scenario modeling and periodic planning updates.
  • Monitor business performance and provide early warnings for timely action and resource reallocation.
  • Drive month-end and year-end closing processes and reporting accuracy.
  • Support stakeholders across functions with data-driven recommendations.
  • Evaluate risks and opportunities and propose actionable mitigation strategies.
  • Enhance business case proposals and track profitability through robust financial analysis.
  • Improve and streamline management reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to align on financial reporting and strategy.
