Business Development Executive

Singapore GRIFFIN HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. Full time $4,200 per year

Salary: Up to $4200 (Comms + Incentives Available)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 830am - 530pm

Location: Islandwide (Office @ Kranji)

With personal vehicle:

  • Transport allowance up to $600
  • Petrol card up to $600
  • Mobile phone reimbursement $120

Key Duties:

  • Be a HUNTER to identify opportunities from construction market and potential client for growth and maintain a network list with stakeholders
  • Negotiating Terms setting up agreements on price, delivery conditions, payment terms, and other critical aspects of the deal.
  • Keeps a close update on the site progress and provide material forecast effectively

Key Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry
  • Possess own transport will be necessary
  • Hands-on experience with some exposure to construction or related sales projects is highly advantageous
