Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Café Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent guest experiences from brunch to dinner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire front-of-house and service staff to deliver warm, efficient, and professional hospitality.
  • Manage daily café operations including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and supplier liaison.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards for food and beverage presentation, menu consistency, and café ambiance.
  • Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and ensure satisfaction is a top priority.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to streamline menu execution and daily offerings.
  • Assist with strategic planning, sales targets, and local marketing or event efforts to boost visibility and revenue.

Qualifications

  • Proven managerial experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional leadership with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and guide a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, cost management, and scheduling.
  • A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences and fostering a welcoming environment.
  • Flexible availability to cover early brunch shifts through dinner hours, including weekends and public holidays.
