Service Engineer – Mechanical Equipment Equipment Servicing

Responsibilities:

  • Perform equipment service, troubleshooting, installation, de-installation, training, and buy-off tasks as assigned.
  • Respond promptly to customer verbal and written inquiries on technical matters.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Admin teams on spare part claims, purchase orders, and other customer-related requests.
  • Prepare quotations for spare parts, machine modifications, and engineering charges.
  • Develop, improve, and maintain service processes for operational efficiency.
  • Maintain strong technical relationships with customers.
  • Take ownership of demo machines, perform preventive maintenance, and manage spare parts inventory.
  • Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a Service Engineer, preferably in mechanical or semiconductor-related equipment.
