Job Title: Service Equipment Specialist

Service Description

We are seeking a skilled and resourceful Service Equipment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment used in the sand-blasting process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out regular preventive and productive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues with equipment, using problem-solving skills and knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
  • Support customers by providing remote and on-site assistance, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the service received.
  • Conduct safety inspections and adhere to relevant regulations and processes to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Possesses a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, with experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make decisions based on sound judgment.
  • Owning a transport vehicle is required, but an allowance will be provided to offset expenses.
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, and provide clear explanations of technical information.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Able to start immediately, as we require someone to fill this role as soon as possible.
