Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service activities of ICU & Operating Room equipment at customer sites.

  • Provide preventive maintenance and repair services at customer locations according to established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment, and replacement parts.
  • Installation, commissioning, calibration, and testing of relevant equipment at customer locations according to our protocol.
  • Implement Field Corrective Actions.
  • Handle administrative work associated with service delivery.
  • Address customer complaints and provide support for corrective maintenance.
  • Meet key performance indicators assigned as an individual and of the Service department.
  • Maintain professional working relationships with customers and colleagues through teamwork.
  • Share knowledge and provide advice to clients and their staff, as well as all end-users, on proper equipment operation and usage.
  • Demonstrate hard work, team player, independent, hands-on, customer-oriented, and good attitude.
  • Show good presentation and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidates with ITE and/or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • At least 3 years of experience in field service for industrial equipment. We welcome applications from fresh graduates.
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret service manuals and follow maintenance guidelines.
  • Hard working, team player, independent, hands-on, customer oriented, and good attitude.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English.
