Finance Coordinator (6 months renewable)

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Salary Range: Up to $4,000

Responsibilities and Accountabilities


• Involve in Oracle data migration process, such as support accurate and timely data entry, data

· verification during system migration etc.


• Assist in verifying and creating new vendor code and new customer code in the system.


• Support closing activities for Singapore entities, including intercompany invoice matching.


• Perform bank reconciliation for Vietnam dormant entity.


• Expense claims validation and processing.


• Any duties assigned

Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or Bachelor of Accountancy

· At least 1 year work experience in a Finance / an Accounting team

· Experience with any ERP systems is good

· Familiar with Excel spreadsheet

· Responsible, meticulous, analytical and proactive

· Able to work independently as well as in a team with minimum supervision

· Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
